business is gaining a lot of popularity in present time. It offers the customers a good quality and
personalized that are ideal gift for everyone and also to make it as good souvenir in any occasion
like weddings, birthday parties, and even in holidays.

I encountered that in this time personalized things are becoming a trend. I think of a thing that is
good to personalized and good for everyday use. First thing that pops in my head is personalizing
mugs. This would be a great oppurtunity to start a business since there’s only a few printing
shops here in Sto. Domingo and mugs is easily customizable item that everyone can use daily.

The primary plan strategy is to offer customers a different options wether they design it on their
own or the company will be the one to offer a design. However, the mug that we will be using is a

Any customer will have the option to pick-up their ordered printed mugs or we will deliver it to

My mug business offers the customer a high quality with a good design mugs. Any design that
the customer prefer is available. They have an option wether they design it in their own or our
graphic designer will be the on to design it. They are also free to choose what design that they
want to be put on the mugs that they will be ordering. It is also a budget friendly. It’s prices are
cheap because we make sure that anyone can afford it.
 PRODUCT UNIQUE FEATURES
My mug product has a lot of unique features. We will be customizing several mugs with various
designs, patterns, messages, etc. that can be sell to the customers. We can give a wide range of
personalized mugs to choose from. We can personalize mugs according to the customer’s
preference. If they can’t think of a good design for their mugs, they don’t need to worry because
the graphics designer will willingly think and design it for them.

 PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT THAT WILL BE USE TO MANUFACTURE THE


PRODUCT/RENDER THE SERVICE
1. Have a dye- sublimation mug blank.
The first step of the dye-sublimation process is the selection of quality blanks. A blank
references the mug or other dye-sublimation product that doesn't have an image applied to it
yet.
2. Dye- sublimation printing.
Mug artwork is inkjet printed using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. The
transfer paper is only a temporary stop for the printed image.
3. Dye- sublimation preparation.
Once printed, the transfer paper is wrapped around and affixed to the mug or other dye-
sublimation product. The image on the transfer paper is actually mirrored or backwards
because it's being transferred directly to the surface of the blank.
4. Dye- sublimation heat press.
The blank mug and imaged transfer paper are placed in a heat press. As you can gather from
the name, heat and pressure are applied to transfer the image from the transfer paper to the
surface of the blank. The process infuses the printed dye into the polymer coating of the
blank. The image actually becomes part of the mug creating a very durable and long-lasting
image.
5. Finish dye- sublimation product.
Dye-sublimation products are extremely durable and scratch resistant due to the image-
infusing process. The vibrant and rich printing is "locked-in" for years of use and enjoyment.

The mug printing quality control will be ensured in each step in the production process based on
standard.

 DISTRIBUTION LOGISTIC.
My mug company will be operate through home- based, social media platforms (facebook and
instagram), and through business site. These are ways to showcase the designs of the mugs. They
can choose wether the mugs will be delivered to their homes or they can pick it up on the shop.
We will also distribute the pre-designed/ pre-personalized mugs on the different souvenir shops.
 REGULATORY AND OTHER COMPLIANCE ISSUES
In order for my mug business can go fully operational. It must be secure the necessary licenses and
certificate of registration. First is to get a Barangay clearance from the barangay captain. Second is
mayor’s permit from the municipal office. BIR registration will also be done after getting all the
necessary registration documents and permits form DTI, Barangay, and in the Municipality.

MARKETING STRATEGY:

Marketing is one of the key components of any business organization. Without marketing,
companies would never succeed and will definite go bankrupt in a span of months. In order for me
to advertise or promote my business, I will use different methods and platforms such as:

ACTUAL SELLING- it is the best way to invites customers because in simply face to face I
can get customer’s attention. Of course, effective sales talking for the customer to have hisl her
complete attention

BUSINESS WEBSITE - In making website, the costumers can just purchase the products
effortlessly on the website. It’s a stylish way to attract costumers because you can make or design the
website the way you like it. Costumers can just scroll and check the products online while having the
access to read the reviews about the product. The entrepreneurs used this way of promoting to present the
products in a professional way.

SOCIAL MEDIA- For the business to be noticed, we will be posting advertisements on the internet.
One cheap and easy way to promote the product is by the use of social media. It’s the trend this
generation that will surely attract costumers just by using gadgets and the internet. Important thing in
using this way of promoting is to ensure that the photos posted are all presentable and attractive. Good
thing here is costumers can share the products to their friends and it will create an ripple effect that will
be good in the business.

SALES STRATEGY:

The sales strategy of my mug business is to assure my customers that my mugs are good quality,
as well as its printed design. Of course I will promote it’s website and social media accounts like
facebook and instagram (which the customers are more active using these social media platforms) so that
they can easily access and order. It is also a hassle free way of ordering. All they have to do is to place an
order or send a message on my business account.

One of my sales strategies is to make my product look fancy but budget friendly. My personalized
mugs are cheaper than the mugs in the malls. Customers are able to prefer ordering in my shop than
buying in stores/malls. And the fact that it is personalized, they can choose what design and size that they
want.
