DESCRIPTION

Reception, identification and preparation of samples for their analyses.

Development of biochemical, microbiological, haematological and genetical analyses of
samples, interpret and validate the technical results obtained and check and develop
the extra techniques that would be needed.
Development of previous tests, as crossed analyses or the verification of the Rh group,
to the transfusion of red blood cells and plasma.
Prepare and process samples that will be sent to an extern laboratory.
Develop the process of samples, as well as the sowing, identification of germs and
antibiograms.
Calibrate the instruments that will be used before developing any measure and follow
the procedure of quality control, both internal and external, in order to make sure that
the results given are reliable and can be compared to the ones obtained in other
laboratories.
Develop, as well, the paperwork of the service, controlling the storage, replacement
and maintaining of the instrumental and the materials, in order to achieve a correct
operation and realization of the analysis’ techniques.
