የኢትዮጵያ የደረጃዎች ኤጀንሲ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት ለአምራችና ለአገልግሎት ሰጪ ድርጅቶች የሥልጠና ፕሮግራም አዘጋጅቷል፡፡ የደንበኛን ፍላጐት በማሟላት
በገበያ ውድድር አሸናፊ ለመሆን ጥራትን መጠበቅ ወሳኝ በመሆኑ ይህንኑ በሚያግዝ መልክ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘረው የሥልጠና ፕሮግራም ተዘጋጅቷል፡፡

የተወዳዳሪነት ብቃትን ለማጎልበት የአሠራር ሂደት፣ የምርትና የአገልግሎት ጥራት መሻሻል ወሳኝና የጊዜው ተቀዳሚ ተግባር መሆኑን ተገንዝበው በሥልጠና
ፕሮግራም እንዲሳተፋ በአክብሮት ተጋብዘዋል፡፡

Ethiopian Standards Agency has established a training program on different subjects for the manufacturing and serving giving companies for the
2020/2021 Budget Year. A supplier can only satisfy and maintain its customers through the provision of quality products and services. The trainings
have been designed as follows with the intention that they will support the companies in their effort to serve their customers.
In order to become a successful competitor in the production and service provision processes it is important to improve the quality of products and
services. On the basis of these facts the trainings are facilitated for you so that you will benefit the most out of it.

ማሳሰቢያ/NOTE

1. ሥልጠናዎቹን ለመሳተፍ የሚቻለው የሥልጠና መጠየቂያ ቅጽ OF/ESA/TTSD/006 ተሞልቶ ክፍያው ከተፈጸመ በኋላ ብቻ ነው፡፡
The applicants shall fill the form OF/ESA/TTSD/006, settle training fee and be approved before acceptance
2. መመዝገብ የሚችሉት በጊዜ ገደቡ ውስጥ አስቀድመው ለቀረቡ 15 ሠልጣኞች ብቻ ሲሆኑ ሌሎች በቀጣዩ ዙር ይስተናገዳሉ፡፡
The first 30±5 applicants registered in the specified time frame will be accepted for their first choice and the others will be accepted for the following round.
3. በጥቃቅና አነስተኛና ለተደራጁ ማምረቻ ድርጅቶች አቅማቸውን እስኪገነቡ ድረስ የሚሰጠው ሥልጠናና የቴክኒክ ድጋፍ በነፃ ይሆናል፡፡
The training and technical support will be free of charge provisionally for those who come from the associations of Micro & Small Enterprises.
4. በኤጀንሲው ዋና መ/ቤት ለሚካሄዱ ስልጠናዎች ለአንድ ሰው በቀን ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር) ይከፈላል፡፡
The service charge for the trainings arranged to be conducted in the Head Office of ESA will be Birr 200 for a person per day.
5. በኤጀንሲው ዋና መ/ቤት ውጪ ለሚካሄዱ ስልጠናዎች ለአንድ ሰው በቀን ብር 120.00 (አንድ መቶ ሃያ ብር) የሚከፈል ሆኖ እንደ ቦታው ርቀት ለባለሙያዎች የትራንስፖርት፣የአበል መኝታና
አኮሞዴሽን አገልግሎት ሥልጠናውን ያዘጋጀው ድርጅት ይችላል
The service charge for the trainings arranged to be conducted outside of the Head Office of ESA will be Birr 120 for a person per day and the customer will cover the expenses related
to transport, accommodation and per diem of the facilitators.
6. በኤጀንሲው ዋና መ/ቤት ለሚካሄዱ ስልጠናዎች የምግብና የእረፍት ሻይ አገልግሎት ይሰጣል፡፡
Lunch and Tea Break services will be provided for the trainings arranged in the Head Office as a part of the settled service charge.
7. የዋናው መ/ቤት አድራሻ
7.1 ከቦሌ ድልድይ ወደ መገናኛ በሚወስደው ቀለበት መንገድ ላይ ከአንበሳ አውቶቡስ ጋርዥ አለፍ ብሎ ቃል ህንፃ አጠገብ/በቃል ህንፃና በአምቼ የመኪና መገጣጠሚያ ፋብሪካ መካከል ነው፡፡
7.2 ከመገናኛ ወደ ቦሌ በሚወስደው ቀለበት መንገድ አምቼ የመኪና መገጣጠሚያ ፋብሪካን አለፍ ብሎ ኒያላ ሞተር ፊትለፊት ፡፡
Location of ESA is: on Right Hand side along the Ring Road from Megenagna to bole, between AMCE and Kal Building and in front of Nyala Motors.
8. ከዓመታዊ ፕሮግራም በተጨማሪ በደንበኞች ጥያቄ መሰረት 10+ ሰልጣኞች ከተገኙ ስልጠናው ተመቻችቶ ሊሰጥ ይችላል (፡የኮሮና ስርጭትን ታሳቢ ተደርጎ እንደቦታው ስፋት ቁጥሩ
ይወሰናል፡፡) Those applicants requiring training shall attain a minimum of 10 trainees per class . (class size will be determined based on venue size to control COVID-19
9. የሥልጠና አገልግሎት ክፍያ ከምዝገባው ቀን በፊት መፈጸም አለበት፡፡
The training service charge is required to be settled at least a week before the commencement of the training.
10. የሥልጠና መለያዎች QMS 1, QMS 2, ወዘተ ሲሆኑ ተመራጩን የሥልጠና ጊዜ ቅጹ ላይ በቀላሉ ለማመልከት ሊያገለግሉ ይችላሉ፡፡
The codes like QMS1, QMS2, QMS3, etc. specify the round of trainings and should be used to identify the preferred round of training during applying.

COVID-19 pandemic

 የአፍና አፈንጫ መሸፈኛ ሳያደርጉ ወደ ኤጀንሲው ግቢ/ስልጠና አዳራሽ መግባት ክልክል ስለሆነ፤ እንደሁም ከሚፈቀድበት ቦታና
ሰዓት ውጪ ፈጽሞ አለማውለቅ ፡፡
 በስብሰባ ወይም ስልጠና ወቅት እርስ በእርስ ማንኛውንም ነገር አለመቀባበል ፤ አስፈላጊ ከሆነ ወዲያውኑ ሳኒታዘር መጠቀም
ያስፈልጋል፡፡
 ከበር ጀምሮ ለሚጠየቁት የምርመራ ሂደቶች ፈቃደኛ መሆን ፡፡
 ከተፈቀደው የእንቅስቃሴ ቦታ ውጪ አለመሄድ፡፡
 ለግል መጠቀሚያ የሚሆን ሳኒታይዘር ይዞ መምጣት፡፡
 በኤጀንሲው የተዘጋጁትን የእጅ መታጠቢያ ፤ማድረቂያ፤ሽንት ቤት፤በሚፈቀደው መንግድ ብቻ/ከተጨማሪ ንክኪ ውጪ/መጠቀም፡፡
 መግቢያ ላይ በሚደረግ የሙቀት ልኬታ መሰረት የሙቀት መጠን ከፍ ብሎ ከተገኘና ምልክቶች ከታዩ ወደተዘጋጀው የለይቶ
ማቖያ ክፍል ለመግባት ፈቃደኛ መሆን፤የጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስቴር በሚያዘጋጀው መመሪያ መሰረት መስተናገድ፡፡
 የሚፈቀደውን የአካላዊ ርቀት በማንኛውም እንቅስቃ/2ሜትር / ርቀትን መጠበቅ
 በሚጓዙበት መንገድ ሁሉ የግራ ጠርዝን/ በምልክቱ መሰረት መከተል፡፡
 በኤጀንሰው ቅጽር ግቢ እስካሉ ድረስ የሚሰጡ የቃልና የጽሁፍ መመሪያዎችን ማክበር፡፡
