PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) of the Federal Rule of Civil

Procedure, Mortgage Resolution Servicing, LLC, 1st Fidelity Loan Servicing, LLC and S&A

Capital Partners, Inc. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), by and through their undersigned counsel, will

take the deposition upon oral examination of Omar Kassem. The deposition shall commence on

June 22, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at the offices of Legal Video Specialist, 3033 N Central Ave #100,

Phoenix, AZ 85012, or at such other time or date or such other location as shall be mutually agreed

to by the parties. The deposition will be videotaped and stenographically recorded by a person

authorized by law to administer oaths, and will continue from day to day until complete.
