I contacted our office that deals with Fees, and am told that you do not have to pay a re-
application fee at this time.
However, please remember that the NRC will not issue you a license to use a gauge at
temporary job sit4es in NRC jurisdiction unless you submit a copy of a license issued to you
by the Agreement State in which your business is located and the gauge is stored. NRC
jurisdiction in the northeast includes Vermont, Connecticut, Delaware, and Washington
DC. I strongly suggest that you do NOT apply to the NRC for a license until you have your
Agreement State license.
If you are applying for a license in one of those four NRC states, we will not issue you a
license until we perform a visit to your place of business in that state, and review it to
determine if it provides acceptable storage for a gauge.
