2. The rate should be quoted for latest Edition only.
3. Tender received after due date will not be entertained.
4. Quantity of the books / numbers of copies of book may be increase or decrease.
5. No advance payment shall be made in any case.
6. The maximum percentage of discount going to be allowed shall be mentioned clearly.
7. Delivery of books shall be “F.O.R NIUM BANGALORE” & shall be made within
one month from the date of supply order.
8. NIUM shall not accept the books received after one month from the date of supply
order.
9. Payment after acceptance of books in good condition.
10. Bill to be submitted in triplicate in the name of “Director NIUM, Bangalore”.
11. The Director, NIUM reserves the right to accept / reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason(s).
