A. Why is it important to be effective speakers?

Because if you are an effective speaker, the audience will understand what you are
going to say. And, they won’t be misinformed about what you are saying.

B. What do you think is the most responsible part of the body in speaking? Why?
I think, the most responsible part of the body in speaking is the brain, because the
information and ideas is located in brain. Even though, you cannot produce sound, you
can still use your body in speaking and you can communicate to the people you know by
using techonolgy.
