1. PRICE
1.1. Inspection & Migas Certification of 1 (one) unit Forklift @ Rig Randolph Yost
(Location: Balikpapan - Indonesia)………………….. Rp 34.000.000 juta/unit

1.2. Ticket, Accommodation, Meal,and Lodging

Will be billed as per receipt plus 5% handling fee. Ticket will be on economy class, estimate
the expected cost for hotel Rp 850.000/day/person, meal Rp 500.000/day/person

2. TERM AND CONDITION

2.1. The above price do not include 10%VAT
2.2. The price including: per diem Migas Inspector, 2 x 4 days x Rp 850.000/day/person per unit

2.3. Term of payment 30 (thirty) days after submission the invoice
