Mac and Cheese With Meatloaf: Procedure
Ingredients:
150g elbow macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp annatto seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, chopped
1 can ¾ cup meatloaf, small diced
½ cup water
1 pack125ml Nestle All Purpose Cream
½ bar cheese, grated
1 tsp 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
Procedure:

Procedure:
1. Season ground pork with 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Add half of the onion and mix well. Form
into 1 tbsp meatballs. (5mins)
2. Sauté meatballs in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (5mins)
3. Add garlic and onion in the same pan. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add mushroom and continue to cook for another
2 minutes. (5mins)
4. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in water and Nestle All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer and season
with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. (3mins)
5. Add sautéed meatballs and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. (2mins)
Note: Meatballs may be served with spaghetti or rice.
