NOTE I : One of the interesting point is that Information in each stage shall be receivable
shall be of cognizable offence to force Police Officer to proceed to spot and perform his
duty to maintain peace, security and order in society.

NOTE II : There is one more Document before initiation of cause of action which may be
filed by any of the person in regard to apprehension about some threat, danger, or harm
that might be caused- Such information is given in form of Kalandra.

NOTE III : The compliance of CrPC in terms of registration of FIR has to be done eg: if CrPC
mandates presence of woman officers/recording of FIR with videography, those have to be
complied separately

NOTE IV: Every step of investigation shall be mandatorily be recorded in two places: one
case diary and other daily dairy (maintained by PS)

NOTE V: If the case also relates or brings in information in regard to some different
investigations and draws inference from that case- whole investigation of that case too be
attached with chargesheet.

NOTE VI: CrPC has to be complied at each and every step, no action beyond or above the
Code is permissible. (Option of Protest petition comes into picture here)
