Each dimension is scored on a scale of 0.0 to 5.0; where these two end scores are theoretical and
don’t exist.

Any score from 3.4 to 5.0 is in the growth mindset band; and scores from 0.0 to 2.3 is the fixed
mindset band. The score from 2.4 to 3.3 is what is known as the transitional band, that means it
can be growth or fixed, depending on how high the score is.
