2. High quality souvenirs using traditional Bhutanese fabrics
3. Other small items such a bags, scarfs, table clothes using local and modern materials
4. Custom made dress on customer request and design

Market: The main market will be Thimphu and Paro. The showroom will be only in Thimphu but
marketing will be carried out in Paro. A reseller will be appointed in Paro to sell and display the
products.

Pricing: The prices will be kept high as the products will be limited in quantity but of high quality and
standard

Production: The production house will be located in main Thimphu town. It will also house the show
room along with office for designers and management. There will be 5 employees in total. 1 designer, 1
sales and accountant, 3 will be in the production.

Finance: 50% of the finance will be by the promoter and 50% will be obtained as bank loan
