învățându-i altruismul, iertarea, răbdarea.

Case studies

Natalia Sîncu (teacher, beneficiary of training). The project gave me the courage to be more open
with children. I had a problematic boy in the group, he spoke ugly, he didn't listen. After the
training I thought: What would be his need? I understand that he wants to be observant and
special. I began to delegate some tasks to him: Help me after hours, select the necessary
information on the Internet. He became otherwise very kind and self-confident.
Diana Rusu (teacher, beneficiary in the project). I'm ashamed, but I used the comparison to
motivate children. Now I understand that only appreciation, the positive approach of small
successes brings beautiful results. I have a few children with whom we found a common language
and registered beautiful successes after changing their behavior.
Inga Sînchevici (voluntary, training beneficiary). I agreed with pleasure to participate with children
in a fair. I saw with how much pleasure they sold their works, I saw the confidence in their own
abilities.
