Force Field Analysis Worksheet

A force-field analysis is a helpful tool to look at forces that may affect successful
implementation of a planned change. When the forces have been identified, the team can plan to
strengthen the forces that support the plan and reduce the forces that may oppose the change.

Instructions:
1. Identify what you plan to change in the middle.
2. List all the forces for change in the first column and the forces against change in the
fourth column.
