About CEO

Our business is represented by a chain of cafes incorporated with a library located in Calarasi, Sibiu and Cluj.
Their locations are in the previously presented city centers, being frequented by most of the inhabitants, close to
the main interests of the cities.
The benefits of the business are the novelty brought to the localities, arousing the curiosity of potential clients,
intriguing them to come and relax and spend their free time in a pleasant way.
The target group is represented by people of all ages, our products being accessible to all.
Our target objective is to offer the products at a price as affordable as possible in relation to the financial
possibility of the majority of the inhabitants and the market price, plus to bring back the reading of any fashionable
category among people.
Their budget consisted of personal savings, loans from close people and a European loan.
We are currently facing competition from regular cafes and bars, but we are sure that the extra added by our library plus
other activities that will be implemented will make a difference.
My responsibilities are mainly:

1. Identify the organization's long-term, short-term and medium-term goals


2. To convene a board of directors with specialized competencies in different departments
3. Work with the board to create a strategy
4. Identify the challenges the company faces
5. Work with executives to establish new market opportunities and devise ways to take advantage
6. Have a general understanding of the operating environment and how changing conditions may affect the
company's business
7. Set budgets for relevant departments for the business year
8. Communicate regularly with shareholders and the chairman
9. Build key relationships with stakeholders, such as audit and banking partners
10. Understand funding facilities
11. Maintain clear lines of regular communication with employees
12. Allow time to manage reviews
13. Monitor staff involvement, turnover and culture
14. To perform an in-depth analysis of the performance criteria
15. Use review technology within the company
16. Work with technology teams to introduce new technologies
17. Analyze everyone's behavior
18. Conduct a comprehensive examination of the organization to identify key business units and excesses
19. Summarize all conclusions of any review and report to the board
20. Identify your own personal development program
21. Maintain work / life balance
22. Recruit a coach or mentor to help assist with the day-to-day challenges of the job
23. Manage external communications
24. Address community stakeholders when necessary
25. Look for opportunities to work in marketing to identify new customers
26. Use your personal profile in order to help your brand and marketing opportunities grow
27. Know all the key issues that the company may face
28. Ensure that the company's tax relations are up to date
