Dear Parents/Guardians,

Warm Greetings!

As the Third Grading Period starts, we would like to inform you that the daily record of absences
per subject will no longer be posted in the group chat of parents per grade level/section. Instead
notification will given personally by the class adviser as regards to the attendance of your child during
synchronous classes in case, there will be problem that you need to know. Furthermore, I also
instructed the subject teachers not to reply in your queries anymore. If you have some questions
with the subject teachers, you can send your personal message to them in the group chat with
their subject using your child’s account.
In line with this, we humbly advise you to set a virtual appointment with the subject teacher/s
concerned through the principal, Sr. Natalia C. Agustin, OSA. Hence, if you have an academic
concern, this will be coursed through Mrs. Daisy G. Furio, and for concerns with the student’s
affairs and discipline, this will be channeled to Mrs. Edna L. Buillerey.

You may also inform us through our Gmail accounts. Kindly indicate your full name, to allow us to
gain insights on your queries/concerns/suggestions that will be beneficial to our students.
