It has been more than two years since I assumed the task of Editor-in-
Chief last October 2015 of our Newsletter popularly known now as
“Communique”.
It was a struggle at first because I don’t have the experience as an edi-
tor, much more a writer. Nevertheless, with the cooperation and will-
ingness to contribute of all coordinators and contributors, the task be-
comes easier as I thought it would be.
In this regard, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all Com-
munique staffs and contributors. Thank you very, very much.
