Greetings from the men and women of JCI Kagayhaan Gold, Inc!

This August, a milestone will unfold here in Cagayan de Oro as our chapter Junior Chamber International
Kagayhaan Gold, Inc. will be hosting a dragon boat competition in time for the City’s fiesta celebration.

Participants from all over Mindanao and invited teams from the Visayas and Luzon will converge this
coming August 20, 2016 at Cagayan River to compete in several categories. The race is dubbed
KAGAYHAAN GOLD CUP 2016 - DRAGON BOAT COMPETITION. The objective of the said competition is in
keeping with our organization’s mission to provide development opportunities for young active citizens.
Aside from that, we would also like to use sports as a medium to forge peace among the Filipino youth,
create environmental awareness and appreciation, and building friendship among peoples as what our
city’s moniker is famous for.

We would like to invite you to be one of the sponsors in this amazing event and be one with us in
putting this exciting dream into a resounding reality. Some of the projects under this program include
River Cleanup, Fingerlings Release, Mangrove planting, and food/souvenir bazaars. Please see attached
