Spare Parts Designing

Using the most modern CAD-CAM software we can design
and reverse engineer even the most complicated products.
Reverse engineered parts once designed are then prototyped
and then fitted with the original parts that are associated
with them to check fit and tolerances before parts
are manufactured for stock.

This then guarantees:

All parts supplied by SSI are fully interchangeable.
SSI manufactures full range of spare parts for Alfa Laval
and Westfalia separators.
All parts supplied have been carefully analysed
and the material used in their production is either
of the same quality or higher than parts supplied
by any other separator spare parts supplier in the world.

bowl is rebalanced and tested,
chemical painting and refurbushing,
final discharge testing,
