working and professional customers who often pay less attention to price than the quality and convenience of service.

Social media is not used currently to market the business. The new business plan will need to reflect different ways of marketing, especially to attract
commercial customers

Vision
Ozhouse are constantly working to establish ourselves as the most respected and sought after contract cleaning and facilities support service in
Melbourne. There may need to be more management staff employed, for example, while Amanda manages marketing. She is not skilled in this area
and is very busy with the operational side of the business, so a skilled marketing officer may be needed. Target customers are people who want a
professional, trustworthy and professional manner. We exit to attract and maintain customer

Ozhouse strategic objectives which are fundamental to our business in delivering world-class cleaning and customer service. The company is also
considering whether it may be wiser to move to employing a number of full-time, permanent cleaning staff. This is partly because there is a high

payments

 Implement best practice in cleaning operations, including environmentally sustainable practices.
This document is Business Plan It is part of the supporting resources for Assessment Task 2 of BSBMGT617.Template.

 Highly skill and professional staff member

Market Analysis
Ozhouse Clean is set to target the house cleaning market's upper end. Targeted customers are currently located in the greater Melbourne area.
Target customers are people who want a professional, reliable service. The company also believes that it will be able to win customers from the
regular, drop-off competitors by enhancing the clients' peace of mind through a new level of convenience and saving their time. However, as this
company does not currently offer environmentally friendly products for use in cleaning, a different supplier needs to be identified. It is estimated that
the purchase of these products will be an additional $10,000 per month. The products cost double the amount of the non-environmentally friendly
products.
Although there are lots of competitors in the cleaning service space, there is a good reason for this competition, demand is high. Plenty of
maids/janitorial services have waiting lists, they are unable to meet demand.
The residential house cleaning the star is a subset of the larger cleaning business. Within the cleaning business, there are both residential as well as
commercial cleaners. The commercial cleaners are typically a commercial cleaning service that offers a wide range of services from general office
cleaning to carpet cleaning, to window cleaning. Commercial cleaning services are a one-stop service offering for commercial businesses. There are
also residential cleaning services.
The residential house cleaning market is serviced predominately by independent companies. There are, however, a few large franchises. Residential
services are divided into a couple of different categories, maid or house cleaners, carpet cleaners, window cleaners, and a variety of other services
that are required on a less frequent basis. They are far more restricted in their range of offered services relative to the commercial janitorial services.

Target customers and needs

Customers are people who want a professional, trustworthy and immaculate cleaning service. Focusing on these people because they appreciate a
professional, reliable, trustworthy, and immaculate house cleaning service, and are more than willing to pay for this.
Sales revenue for the company for the financial year ending 2017 is $360,000 with a gross profit margin of $40,000. Labour costs are a significant
part of the business, representing 70% of total costs. Average debtor days are currently 40 days.

cleaning staff for the expansion. As you wish to appease their concerns, you are required to research and identify at least three ways in
which you will be able to source enough skilled workers in order to meet workforce demands

Up skill your current staff

To meet the future skills needs of your business and improve the skills of your workforce, you don’t have to hire new talent. By analysing your current
staff skill set you may discover that you have all the knowledge and expertise that you need, it just wasn’t being utilised.

Use Contingent Workers

Naturally, one of the easiest ways to fill a skills shortage is by hiring contingent workers. With freelancers, consultants, contractors and more, you can
fill massive gaps in your operation quickly and in a cost effective manner. Contingent workers are becoming an incredibly popular option for many,
considering their expertise, availability and flexibility, which allows them to work within the confines of any time frame, budget and project.

Go “Digital” to Keep Younger Talent

Using Seas-based cloud solutions can create new opportunities for existing employees to also prevent employee churn—especially with younger
workers. They have grown up as digital natives.
