We are very much looking forward to meeting with you and your team and working on the
successful opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Kigali City Centre.

Please ensure you as GM, your Director of Sales, Front Office Manager and your Revenue Manager attend
on both days. Any other team members that you feel would benefit from this meeting are welcome to
participate as well.

This meeting will be facilitated by Ronald de Lange, Director of Hotel Openings & Transitions.
