SEMESTRAL ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES

Online-based Assessment
Semester 1 (AY 2020-2021)

1. Students must prepare the subject exam/test according to the portion to be tested.
2. Students are required to wear a proper Ichthus uniform (no batik), during exam
weeks.
3. Make sure that:
- The internet connection at your home is stable and strong (with the minimum
bandwidth is 600kbps – and recommended is 1.5 Mbps).
- Your computer/laptop/tablet has enough battery or fully charged.
- Your internet data has fully quota.
4. The test will be conducted via Schoology (for accessing question papers) and
Google-meet (for video conference).
Make sure that you have 2 devices:
a. One laptop/iPad/phone connected to Google-meet
b. One computer/laptop connected to Schoology
5. To make sure no obstacle during exam, students must join 15 minutes before join
the exam for preparation time, announcement and checking the attendance.
6. Students must log-in/attend on time (preparation time) according to the Exam
Schedule/time table, stay connected in the Zoom link during the Assessment.
7. Students ARE STRONGLY ADVISED to make use of the toilet BEFORE going into an
exam.
8. Students ARE NOT ALLOWED to communicate with each other in any way once
the exam/test session has begun.
9. Students ARE NOT ALLOWED to have any pages or books on, next to, or under
their desks/chairs while they are doing the test.
10. Calculators may only be brought into an exam/test when their use is specified.
Students will be informed which exam/test requires the use of a calculator.
11. Students who are absent on a scheduled exam/test date must inform the
Homeroom teachers and provide a valid medical certificate to be eligible to take
the make-up test.

Important Notes:
1. Please be informed that only students whose dues have been paid in full will
be eligible to sit for the SA1 in November 2020.
2. Link of Google-meet will be sent IMMEDIATELY by Homeroom Teacher, based on
the respective classroom.
3. For Google-Meet:
- Video from the side view
- Top half body of the student should be visible
- The device used for Schoology including the keyboard, and both hands should
be visible
- Audio should be on MUTE
- Video must be ON all the time

4. Others
- Disruptions are not allowed.
- Parents or siblings should refrain from approaching the student during the

test.
