Foundation Pad Procedure

1- Do the concrete pouring according to foundation drawing and pre-

reserve 4x160x160 area for anchoring bolts with depth around 300mm to go
through both concrete layer and land floor

2- Set the bolts M16X400 into the holes

3- Set the machine according to the foundation plate and put the levelers under the
Base

4- Screw the nuts to the foundation bolts

5- Pour mortar C30 to the foundation hols and make sure the bolts in the central
place. Then the machine is well secured

6- Wait the mortar solidification for several days also ,for the lab room space
please note Preserve Length x Width 3790 MMX1310MM, (including the area of
control cabinet) the distance from left wall and right wall to the machine at least
600mm,the distance from back wall to the machine around 600-1000mm and
the distance from top roof to the machine around 300mm, the machine total
height is around 2500mm
