Position : Team Restaurant Coordinator Department : Kitchen / Operations

KEY RESULT AREAS OBJECTIVES MAIN TASKS
 GENERAL  Optimal post management  Manage the Team Member Restaurant under his own responsibility in accordance with the
instructions of the Kitchen Chef or the Sous Chef
 Is responsible for carrying out all the work arising at the post

 ORDERING  Make the daily order from the food store for the post and carry out the
 Low inventories on site
“requisition” required for this purpose correctly.
 Check that the goods have been delivered correctly from the store.

 Quality assurance  Know the range of foods on offer, including activities.


 SERVICE
 Ensure that the daily mise–en–place is carried out in sufficient quantities, in good
