We have received your letter dated 06 October 2020 waiving the distribution costs charged to ALC
Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation’s (ALC Corp.) Dahlia Hotel and Restaurant
located in Christian Route by MERALCO, in full support in the City’s response against this COVID-
19 Pandemic.

With this, in behalf of the City Government of Pasig, we would like to send you our utmost
appreciation in this generous act of MERALCO.

However, just this month, the management of ALC Corp. requested from the City Government to
transfer our quarantine operations, our personnel, and patients to Daisy Drive Inn Hotel located in
Hillcrest Road, another hotel managed and operated by ALC Corp.

In line with this, we are humbly asking for that the waiver of the distribution costs initially granted to
Dahlia Hotel be applied to new establishment that the City Government will be using—Daisy Hotel
(Service Identification Number (SIN): 100046720101).

These considerations will greatly ease the burden of payment for not only these partner
establishments, but likewise the City and its constituents as they unite to find the best measures to
protect the city population.
