production.

Description: - The main agenda of the project is to reduce the costing of the reveos automated blood
processing system machine. Because yearly production of the machine is 1200 numbers. So we have
done the changes in the lid lock system, its front and side panels and it display holding area. We have
prepare the CAD modeling of the changes done in the machine and then done the assembly of the
machine in mechanical software. By doing changes in the design, assembly process DFA and in
manufacturing process DFM. We are able to achieve the target by reducing the cost of machine down
600-700 $ yearly.

designed in the autocad for the plasma cutting machine. Then after 2D drawing its nesting is done in OW
OMNIWIN 2011 and CNC code is generated for the sheet metal cutting process. The various parts is
designed separately and assembly in the software to get complete BOM of wagon.

and assembled for the design validation.
