II. Details

The program flow shall be patterned according to the usual flow of Archdiocesan Youth Events, this is in line with the
parish’s goal of making the purok youth familiar on Catholic Youth Events that will eventually make them more
enthusiastic and committed on attending this kind of activity. Thus, this section aims to explain the detailed flow for
each activity in the above presented program flow.

a. The Pre-Event shall start with call time of exactly 6:00 pm of the CCH members and working staff for
preparation.
b. Registration shall start at exactly 6:30 pm where CCH members or working staff shall be assigned at the
main door to take care of the registration.
c. Anticipated Mass for the Sunday’s must be celebrated and attended by the participants, failure to do so, shall
render the participant to be prohibited from attending the encounter depending on the validity of the reason.
d. Opening Salvo shall be done through a voice over announcing the start of Youth Encounter 2019 with its
official theme and an interpretative dance must be exhibited by the Parish’s official Animators at the start of
the event through the music “Liwanag at Gabay”.
e. The Input shall be done by either Fr. Greg or Tita Tess Calma, who’s discussion shall be limited to the
relevance and rationale of facilitating the youth encounter and basic tenets that must be observed during the
Holy Mass.
f. Team Building & Ice Breaker activities shall aim to help the participants to break the boundaries of
unfamiliarity and promote the spirit of family and unity of one Community one Church towards Christ.
Which shall be conducted by the Research Committee CCH-OLVP
g. The Testimony shall comprise of one’s sharer of a story of life of faith that will motivate or inspire the
participants on the importance of the Gospel in one’s life. The testimony shall be a relative explanation of the
gospel for the day.
h. Youth Jam is in accordance of the goal to make the participants more attached with the event through singing
and dancing songs that are familiar to the participants.
