Capture screenshots of unformatted, formatted, and hypertext sections (2 screenshots for every

text). Paste these onto MS Word Document, and then describe each particular screenshot briefly.

Unformatted Text

Unformatted texts are fixed sized characters that are alike with each other. To further
elaborate the screenshots presented above, we usually find unformatted text in coding such as
JavaScript and HTML that operates with sets of characters that a computer can read. In addition,
the simple or plain text incorporates no alterations to its font size or style and exactly appears as
raw text format.
Formatted Text

Formatted text enables the documents to be created with characters of different styles,
variable sizes and shapes, specifically changing the typeface of fonts such as plain, bold,
italicize, underline, superscript, subscript, shapes, font sizes, and even colors. The commands to
perform all of these formatting tasks are found on the Home tab. It enhances the presentation of
the information.
Hypertext

Hypertexts are words that contain a link to a website which is an effective tool for cross-
referencing materials. Hypertexts can be seen in the World Wide Web which links several web
pages together. Aside from the internet, hypertexts can also be used to link one document to
another to integrate a form of mobility in acquiring knowledge from different electronic
documents.
