PFA minutes of the meeting of todays discussion with Mayasheel Constructions

Minutes of the meeting :
Assam Project :-
1. Out of 6.75 KM overlay , 5.45 KM shall be submitted .
2. 5 box culvert to be submitted with design calculations to NHIDCL, working drawings for
these culverts already submitted to the contractor .
3. Traffic :- As the toll plaza is being proposed in the considered section , overloading shall be
discouraged by toll plaza authority . Hence axle load survey has not been conducted.
Nagaland :-
1. Breast wall , Retaining wall GAD with design calculation to be submitted to NHIDCL.
2. Breast wall , Retaining wall Chainage , length , height to be submitted to the contractor .
3. Design of breast wall , retaining wall with PCC and plum concrete to be submitted to
contractor .
4. P & P of 12 Km to be submitted to NHIDCL after getting approval from safety and proof.
Rest 5 Km to be verified and submitted to the NHIDCL.
