30-Day Trial Installation Steps

Congratulations, you are ready to start your

PTC Creo Parametric 30-day trial!

Please follow these three steps:

1. Accept the software agreements

2. Launch the installation file

3. Start designing with PTC Creo Parametric

The entire install process should take approximately 30 minutes depending on your internet connection.

This notification contains important information that will be required during installation. If the person responsible for installing software and license(s) is someone other than
you, then please forward this email and all its attachments to the correct person.

Let’s get started

Step 1: Accept the End User License Agreement andExport Agreement and then launch installation file

a. Make sure to click the radio button and check box to accept the software license agreement and the
Export Agreement.

b. Click the Launch box to begin the installation

Step 2: Run the installation process

Note: In browsers like Mozilla® Firefox®, you may have to

save the file and then click run from the download menu

a. Click Save File or Open

b. After launching the installation file, the PTC Creo

Parametric trial splash screen will appear along
with a bar outlining your installation progress.
There are six phases:

i. Authorizing
ii. Gathering component
iii. Setting up components
iv. Configuring for first use
v. Getting things ready
vi. Launching your application

Step 2: Run the installation process

Note: There will be a “Time Remaining” application that

launches. This is designed to remind you of the trial end
date. You will have access to the trial for 30 days.

Step 2: Whenever you want to launch the PTC Creo trial,

you can do so from the desktop or the start menu.
