INT.APARTMENT.KITCHEN.MORNING
Series of bowls covered with plates besides gas stove. Knife along with
vegetables and tomatoes on the kitchen shelf.Cooker whistling out loud on the
gas stove...

RENU- 28 years old, curly haired and brown eyed lady with little or no scars in
her face- turns off the gas, puts the cooker aside and places the deep pan, over
the stove while the stove is still burning. She puts the cup of milk in the pan,
sprinkle crunched cardamom , sugar and tea leaves.

INT.BEDROOM.MORNING
ISHAN-early 30s, fit body- comes out of the attached bathroom in towel with wet
hair and mild wet body. Ishan opens the cupboard- takes the shirt and pant out
and place it on the bed...

Ishan wears the clothes and grabs a tie from the bed.

Door pushed inside- Renu comes in the room with a cup of tea in her hand-
Ishan puts his hand forward for the tea. Renu hands the cup to Ishan.

Ishan takes the sip of tea...

RENU
आज अिल िछटो आउनु है , तया र धेरै गनु छ।

Ishan takes the final sip and puts the cup on the table side by him...

Ishan takes the watch from table...

ISHAN
(Humorously)
हस् हजुर को जो आ ा।

Both share the humorous smile.

RENU
अब बाटो ला ु होस्। अिन भरे आऊँदा सामान िन िलएर
आउनु , िल sms गिद छु िदउँसो।

ISHAN
Ok boss.

Ishan walks out of the door...

CONTINUOUS:
 2.

Renu takes out the pant from hanger and then another pant and a shirt. ..

She takes them to a bucket. When she is about to put the clothes in the bucket,
she gets a sharp smell of fragrance of a perfume.She makes the confusing
face.

A beat... then she puts the clothes into the bucket- take it to the bathroom-
opens the lid of washing machine- put the clothes in it- tap the button to pour
the water- some detergents- close the lid and press the button to rotate the
water inside the machine.

TIME: 2:00 PM

INT.APARTMENT.LIVING ROOM.DAY
Renu is sitting on the couch with a tv remote on hand- frequently changing the
channels with a bit worried and irritated face...

The door opens half with the sharp sound- Renu gets frightened of the sound
and comes back to normal from her deep one directed thoughts..

KAVITA, from the door, glances inside.

KAVITA
Renu..! जाने हैन?

Renu comes inside...

KAVITA (CONT'D)
ल हेर अझै Ready भा छै नैा त !

Renu gets up from the couch- turns off the TV..

RENU
ए ै िछन है । म change गरे र आइहा छु ।

Renu rushes to the bedroom and close the door.

KAVITA looks around...

A beat...The door of bedroom opens and Renu comes out on a beautiful dress
with a purse on her hand.

Kavita looks at her...

CONTINUOUS:

अरे वा beautiful दे ा छै ा ।

Renu gives a s mile.

RENU
जैाँ हैन ?

KAVITA
अँ जैाँ ।

Both walks out of the door and lock the door.

CUT TO:

INT. APARTMENT.BASEMENT. DAY

Renu and Kavita walk through the basement where number of cars are
parked.. Renu reaches the car near the exit- takes out the keys and opens the
door of the car. Renu moves to other side of car- Kavita gets in the car.-Renu
opens the door and gets in the driver seat.

Engine on- the car moves towards the exit.

INT.CAR. DAY
Renu changes the gear- opens the case take out the chips and gives it to
Kavita.

KAVITA
आज झगडा पय िक ा हो।

RENU
हँ .. हैन ।

KAVITA
अिन पुरै टोलाएर बसे ैा त। के भयो भन त ?

RENU
केिह हैन ।

Renu thinks for a while...

RENU (CONT'D)
Ishan आजकल अिल change भए ज ो ला ै न ?

KAVITA
खै ला ै न मलाइ त । िकन र ?

RENU
आजकल अिल ... Ishan को अ सँग affair छ ज ो
ला छ । किह ै perfume न लगाउने मा छे . सटमा
perfume ko sent िथयो अिन ो perfume ko sent
केटा ले लाउने ज ो त छँ दै थेन।

KAVITA
Ishan ते ो छ ज ो त मलाई ला ै न । ितिम बाहेक
अ को बारे मा सो ज ो मलाई चै ँ ला ै न । ितिम
श ा मा ै गरदै छै ा ।

A beat..

EXT/INT. SHOPPING MALL. DAY

The traffics around the mall- the car approaches to the mall and gets into the
parking area. Renu opens the door of car and comes out- Kavita gets out of the
car from another door.

INT.SHOPPING MALL.DAY
People waiting at the lift- the lift door opens- people come out of the lift along
with Kavita and Renu. Renu and Kavita walk through the stores of clothes - try
different clothes- give different pose to the selfies- Renu wears the glasses
and picks up the bag...

RENU
किवता ..!! यो bag क ो छ ? िठक छ ? मलाई त ला ै
मन पय ।

Kavita turns around from the bunch of clothes...

KAVITA
Umm... रा ो छ । दािम दे ा छ।

They pack the clothes and bags- move towards the counter. A man calculating
the bills.

RENU
दाई कित भयो हेरिदनु त ।

The cashier checks the items, counts, presses the number in the calculator
and calculates the bill.

CASHIER
Ma’m 5000 ..

Renu glances in the bag takes out the credit card..

RENU
िलनुस त दाई ।

CASHIER
Sorry ma’m swipe गन छै न ।

RENU
ला ! मैले त cash ाइन िन । अब के गन ।

KAVITA
छाड्देऊ ।। म सँग छ म िदउँला।

Kavita takes her purse out and gives the money to cashier.

KAVITA (CONT'D)
िलनुस् दाई ।

Cashier takes the cash- opens the drawer, puts the cash in and returns the
change.

KAVITA (CONT'D)
Thank you.

INT.SHOPPING MALL. COSMETIC STALLS.DAY

Both of them grab the bag and move towards cosmetics area.

Kavita moves forward and Renu walking behind her...

Kavita moves to the perfume area...A bunch of perfumes in the showcase...

Kavita picks one- sprays on her hand and bring her towards her nose- pulls a
long breath and exhales.

KAVITA
Wow!! nice smell...

Renu at the area of makeup kits..checking Out the items.

KAVITA (CONT'D)
Renu.. आउन एता ।

RENU
के भयो र।

Renu approaches to Kavita.

KAVITA
Smell this..
Kavita takes her hand to Renu. Renu takes the smell.

RENU
(irritated face)
ा !! के हो यो ।

KAVITA
येसलाई perfume ko smell सुँघाउनुको केिह अथ
छै न ।

The shopkeeper takes one of the perfume from the case and gives it to Renu.

SHOPKEEPER
Try this ma’m .. नयाँ हो। यो तपाईँलाई प ै मन पछ ।

Renu takes the perfume and takes the smell of it. She feel bit shocked as she
finds it familier smell.

RENU
Pack गिदनु ।

Renu gives the perfume to the shopkeeper.

SHOPKEEPER
(packing the perfume)
भनेको िथएँ िन मनपछ भनेर ।

RENU
कित हो ?

SHOPKEEPER
मा ै १ ५०० पै ँया ।

He gives the packed perfume to Renu.Renu swipes the card. Meanwhile

Kavita brings the load of cosmetics and puts on the counter.

KAVITA
लु यो पिन pack ग रिदनु ।

Renu glances at the items.

RENU
Kavita.!! थोरै भएन ?

KAVITA
(laughs)
एक बार को िज िग हो । सब शैाख पुरा गनु पछ ।

Kavita swipes the card and the shopkeeper packs the items.

INT. SHOPPING MALL. BASEMENT. EVENING

The lift opens- Renu and Kavita come out of the lift with heavy items in bags.

Both of them reach to the car akwardly. Renu put the bags on the ground and
opens the backdoor of car.

Kavita keeps the bags in the car along with the items of Renu.

INT.CAR
They get into the seat.

KAVITA
उफ । ला tired भैयो ।

She Takes the water bottle from drawer and drinks it.

Renu turns the engine.

RENU
जैाँ हैन ?

KAVITA
Yo! Lets go.

The car rides out the basement and fades to black.

INT.APARTMENT.MORNING
Renu opens the eyes. Stretches her body and moves to the door. She opens
the door and peeps around.

A lady sitting on the couch and talking seriously to a person on the opposite
side.

Renu opens the door. The lady gets alerted. The lady stands up.

LADY
नम े िदिद । िच ु भयो ?

Renu watches her carefully.

RENU
Umhm.

LADY
म िदलमाया को छो र , laila..

RENU
(with acknowledged expression )
ए ए । um um ब याद आयो ।

Ishan, who was sitting on the next couch, stands up.

RENU (CONT'D)
कित बेला आइपु ैा ?

ISHAN
अिघनै आइपुगेको हो। ितिम उठे कै िथएनैा । हािम गफ गद
बसेको । (looks at Laila)
हैन ?

LAILA
Um...

ISHAN
(looking at Renu)
ितिम fresh भएर आऊ । म breakfast ready
ग रिद छु ।

Renu nodes...

RENU
Ok.

Renu goes towards the bathroom.

Renu closes the door almost. And again she glances with the suspicious eyes.

Ishan walks towards the kitchen and laila also follows him to the kitchen.

Renu closes the door and feels disturbed.

INT.APARTMENT.KITCHEN. MORNING
Laila Sitting on the chair- Ishan serves her a coffee.

Renu enters in the kitchen.

ISHAN
ल !! िठ time मा आइपु ैा ।

Renu sits on the chair. Ishan serves her the coffee.

Renu takes the coffee- Looks at Laila.

RENU
अिन के गछै ा त ितिम ?

LAILA
म खासै कै हैन । Diva perfume मा marketing
head ँ ।

Renu gets bit alerted.

RENU
ए ए ।

A beat.. Ishan sits on the chair with coffee on hand.

RENU (CONT'D)
भरखर नँया perfume launch गरे को हो ?

LAILA
Umm.. तै use गरे को छु ।

ISHAN
ओहो ! ितिम लाइ perfume मा किहले दे ख interest
ला था ो ?

RENU
यो नँया perfume को smell रा ो ला ो ।

Door bell rings repeatedly.

LAILA
Mom नै नु पछ । म गएर हछु ।

Laila goes to the door. Opens the door- her mother standing on the door.

LAILA (CONT'D)
ल ल आउनु ।

Dilmaya comes inside.

DILMAYA
Renu कता छे ?

LAILA
Kitchen मा ।

Dilmaya goes to kitchen.

DILMAYA
ओए ! के गद छस् ?

RENU
ए आइपु ु भयो ? ल अब सु ग म् । ए छनमा सबै
आइपु छन होला ।

Dilmaya sits on the chair. Laila also comes and s it on chair with coffee.

ISHAN
ए छन् ब त देउ कािकलाइ ।

RENU
अिन मे र छो र सँग िचनजान त भयो िन ? ाईँ ले
अ घर आउँदा दे नु भयो ारे ।

LAILA
भयो भयो िचनजान भयो ।

Phone vibrates on the table. Ishan picks the call.

ISHAN
Hello... काँ आइपुिगस् ?
पख म आएँ ?

DILMAYA
को हो ?

ISHAN
Ravi.. दुई चोिट आइस ो फे र बाटो िबर ो रे । म
तेसलाइ िलएर आउु ँछू ।

Ishan moves out.

CUT:

INT .APARTMENT.DAY
Ishan and Ravi come up from the stairs and open the shoes.

RAVI
तैट ! उ ै ँ आइपुगेर घु ाघुमै भैरा । को को आइपुगे त?

ISHAN
अिघ त Renu को कािक र छो र आइरथे । अब त सब
आइसके होला ।

Ishan opens the door.

ISHAN (CONT'D)
ल आइज ।

They get into the living room.

A lot of people and kids on the couch of living room.

Kids playing around. Jumping and screaming.

MIDDLE AGED WOMAN

(To a kid)
एता आइज धेरै न चल ।

She looks at the door.

MIDDLE AGED WOMAN (CONT'D)

ल इिनह िन आइपुगे ।

RAVI
ए ! सबै आइपु ु भएछ त ।।

Renu comes to living room from kitchen.

RENU
खाना रे िड भयो ।। ब ा पािट लाइ िदउँ है पैला ??

AN OLD MAN
अँ लु लु ब ा हो जाओ ।

Kids move to the kitchen.

Renu looks at Ishan. Ishan is talking to somebody in phone with a large smile.

Renu then looks at Laila in the kitchen. laila is also talking in phone.

LAILA
Umm.. रा खदेको है । अ ले थापाए भने माछन ।

She cuts the phone... On the other side Ishan also cuts the phone.

Kids take the seat in the chairs. Dilmaya takes the dishes from the shelf and
put on the steamed rice on it. Laila puts the curry in the dishes and Renu
serves to the kids.

LAILA (CONT'D)
म ए छन छतमा छु है ।

Laila moves out akwardly out of the kitchen. Renu watches her with suspicious
eyes.Renu Turns her focus to the kids.

RENU
फोहोर नग र सफा सँग सबैले । Ankush school मा
fight त गरे को छइन िन ?

ANKUSH
म कोइ सँग बो न class मा म कोइसँग बो न अिन
fight िन दैन ।

RENU
अिन बो नु त पछ िन सािथह सँग।

Renu takes the glass- pour water from filter and drink a glass of water- put the
glass on the table.

RENU (CONT'D)
ए ै िछन है काकी आइहाले ँ ।

Renu walks out of the kitchen to the living room and walks to the main door.
Noise of people talking in the room. She then opens the door and climb up
stairs. Ishan comes down the stairs and acts awkward as he sees her
climbing up stairs. Ishan moves in to the door quickly. She feels rage and
quickly moves to the roof.

EXT.APARTMENT.ROOF.DAY
Laila standing on the edge of the roof looking around the city. Renu opens the
door and comes to roof. She develops extra fury as she sees her standing on
the edge. She walks to laila. Laila turns back.

LAILA
िदिद !

RENU
(furiously)
के नाटक हो ितमीह को ? मलाई लाटो सोचेको छै ा
ितमीह ले ?

LAILA
(feeling exposed yet trying to hide)
हजुर ? के भ ु छ ?

RENU
मैले थाहापाइसकेँ ितमीह को बारे मा सबै ।

A beat...

LAILA
ते ो हैन िदिद । तपाइले सोचेज ो केही भा छै न ।

RENU
केिह भा छै न रे अझ ? मरै अगाडी phone मा
म म ी बो ने । मैले थाहा पाउँिदन भनेको ?

Renu slaps laila hard and moves away.

INT.APARTMENT.DAY
Ishan and ravi sitting on the couch with mobile in hand. Ravi facing towards
window and Ishan facing opposite.

RAVI
अिन ! अब future plan के छ न तेरो । घर त
बनाइहािलस् ।

Ravi witnesses person falling through the window.

RAVI (CONT'D)
(shocked)
Oh shit !

Ravi rushes to the window and slides the glass to see down.

ISHAN
के भयो ?

Ishan also rushes to the window and see below.

IAHAN
(frightened)
Oh my god... काकी !!!

Everybody rush to the window from kitchen.

DILMAYA
के भो िकन आ ेको ?

Everyone comes to the window and see down.

There lies the body of laila in the pool of blood.

Dilmaya faints instantly.

RAVI
Police लाई phone गर् ।

They rush to the door open the door and rush down.

Renu coming upstairs and sees them rushing down.

RENU
के भयो ?

ISHAN
Laila मािथ छत बाट खिसछ ।

RENU
(shockingly)
What ?

She also rush down along with them.

FADE TO:

EXT.APARTMENT.GROUND FLOOR.DAY
An ambulance facing towards gate with backdoors open.

Two people carry the covered dead body on stretcher and putting it into the
ambulance.

Dilmaya on chair- sphygmomanometer around her arms and a doctor testing

her pressure. Every other standing quietly. Renu grabbing Ishan’s arm and
crying.

Few polices inspecting the area. Two officers come from the building.

POLICE 1
Sir... यो suicide या murder भा पिन accident
ज ो छ । भरखर भुईँ सफा गरे को रै छ । अिल wet रै छ
। अिन च ल िच ेको िनशान पिन छ ।

Inspector nodes.

INSPECTOR
(To Ishan)
उ ो कोइ सँग दु िन त िथएन िन ?

ISHAN
आज त first time हो ऊ आको । family gathering
आको िथयो । क ाइ थाहा िथयो र ए ो छ भ े ?

INSPECTOR
तेसो भए accident हो भनेर record ग रिदऊँ त ?

ISHAN
छ ।

INSPECTOR
Body postmortem पिछ लाँदा छ ।

ISHAN
OK.

A devil smile on Renu’s face.

Flashback:

EXT.APARTMENT.ROOF.DAY
Renu turns back and walks towards the door.

Laila turns backwards with worried face.

LAILA
Shit!!

Renu turns her neck back and notices that laila is turning back. She rushes to
laila and pushes her from the roof. She then scratches her feet on the wet floor
to make it like laila slipped off the floor. She rushes to the stairs. Gets one floor
below her flat and slowly walks up. Everyone running downstairs.

Back to the reality.

TIME CUT: 3 MONTS

LATER.

INT.APARTMENT.DAY
Ishan getting ready for office- getting watch and mobile from table. Renu sitting
on bed and worried.

ISHAN
Renu !! Renu!!

Ishan shakes her.

RENU
(alerted)
Hm?
 15.

ISHAN
कित tension लेको ? िबतेको कुरा छोिडदेऊ । who
thought ते ो छ भनेर । आज half break िल छु
अिन भोिल anniversary त िबर ा छै नैािन ? I have
surprise for you tomorrow.

RENU
(worried)
Ok.

ISHAN
म गएँ है त । २ बजेित आइपुिगहा छु ।

Ishan walks out of door. Renu picks up the clothes and checks the pocket. She
finds the bill of jewelry. She becomes happy .

RENU
So this is the surprise. Diamond necklace.

She puts the clothes in the washing machine and goes to kitchen. She takes
the jug from the table- flip the inverted glass- pour water into glass and drinks
the water.

She moves to the room and starts cleaning.

TIME: 2:00 PM

INT.APARTMENT.DAY
The doorbell rings. Renu turns off the oven in the kitchen. She is wearing an
apron.

RENU
आएँ है आएँ ।

She opens the apron. Walks to the door and opens the door.

Kavita on the other side.

RENU (CONT'D)
ए !ल आऊ ।

Kavita comes in. Renu closes the door.

Kavita takes the smell coming out of the kitchen.

KAVITA
अरे ! आज pizza बनाउने mood कता बाट आयो ?

Renu walks in the door.

KAVITA (CONT'D)
येसैलाई बोलसको हो िक ा हो आि दै ।

She takes the s eat on couch.

Renu laughs.

RENU
हो हो ।

Door bell rings again.

RENU (CONT'D)
Ishan पिन आइपु ो ज ो छ।

Renu again walks to the door and opens.

Ishan comes in. Looks at Kavita,

ISHAN
ए kavita पिन आइछै ा त ।

RENU
Umm .. मैले बोलाको ।

Ishan moves to bedroom.

RENU (CONT'D)
म coffee ाउँछु है ।

ISHAN
Ooookaaayyyy..

Ishan walks in the bedroom. Both kavita and Renu laughs.

CUT:

INT.APARTMENT.DAY

Kitchen:
Three cups. Renu pours the coffee in the cups and carries on the tray.

She moves out with the tray.

Living Room :
Ishan sitting on the couch near the window with phone in hand and kavita on
the other couch..

ISHAN
अिन Ram को खबर के छ त ? िठकै होला िन ?

KAVITA
िठकै छ ।

Renu brings the coffee and put it on the table.

RENU
(Giving coffee to Ishan)
िलनुस् ।

ISHAN
(laughing)
िलनुस् ?

KAVITA
Why shocked? Renu ले किह ै तपाईँ भ न र ?

Everyone laughs. Kavita takes the coffee. Ishan takes a sip of coffee.

ISHAN
िचिन ाउन । िचिन लागेनछ ।

RENU
हो र ? ए ै िछन है त ।

She walks in the kitchen. Ishan carefully watches her going inside. As soon as
she enters, Ishan takes out the powder packet with the sign of mouse killing
poison. Kavita and Ishan share a look and the deadly smile. Ishan opens the
packet and pours the powder in the cup of Renu and stirs the coffee. Ishan
puts the poison sachet in the pocket. Renu comes out with the sugar.

RENU (CONT'D)
लाऊ ।

Ishan pours the sugar and s tirs. All of them drink the coffee including Renu.
After 3 4 sips, Renu starts coughing. Ishan puts his coffee down.

ISHAN
Do you know one thing Renu ? You killed her
right.

Renu watches him in shock.

ISHAN (CONT'D)
Well. You killed the wrong person.

KAVITA
And I am the right one.

Kavita laughs.

Renu starts feeling irritation in her neck.

 18.

ISHAN
अिन अक coffee मा मुसा मान िवस छ ।
कुरा । ित ो
Hopefully now I freed you. After your death.
हािम singapore जानेवाला छै ाँ ।

Both Ishan and kavita stands. Ishan pushes Renu to floor by feet. They walk to
the door. Ishan and Renu also starts coughing severely and lie down on the
floor.

Renu gives a severe smile with blood in her mouth.

RENU
I knew it.

Flashback:
Renu keeps the clothes in the machine and move to kitchen. She grabs the
jug, flips the inverted glass and drinks the water. As she keeps the glass down
she hears some voices.

KAVITA (O.S.)
Wow. A diamond necklace. Thank you Ishan. I
love you baby.

Kavita gets close to the window to listen more clearly.

ISHAN (O.S.)
िब ारो बोल । सु ल । she murdered laila. म सँग
affair we are dead.
छ भनेर । थाहा पाइभने

KAVITA (O.S.)
हो र ?

CUT TO:

INT.APARTMENT.KITCHEN.
Three cup of coffee. Renu pours the coffee. Separates one cup and looks
around. She opens the powder poison and put it in two glasses- stirs the
coffee, put the coffee on tray and take it to the living room.

Back to reality:
Renu laughs. And coughs with a blood out of her mouth. Kavita and Ishan still
in shock coughs severely in agony along with stomach pain.

RENU
ितिम ह ले mouse poison use गयैा । म त सिजलै
मछु । मैले strychnine ह ेको छु । you’ll have the
painful death. ितिमह को ि ु देखेर यमराज पिन
का छन् । bye bye !!!
 19.

Renu dies. Kavita and Ishan also takes last breath after long and painful
struggle with pain.

FADE OUT.
