I, EMMANUEL ANTONIO P. LIM, of legal age, married, Filipino, and presently

residing at 15B Villa Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City, after having sworn to in accordance
with law hereby depose and say:

1. I am that the rightful/registered owner of a lot described as

Description: LOT 1a of LOT 1 Ces-00-000180

2. That I agreed to sell 52.30 sq. meters, a portion of the aforementioned lot to
spouses RENATO B.ORTIZ and MA. ELENA U. ORTIZ, both of legal age,
married, Filipino with postal address located at 478 Narra St., Cembo Ext.
Makati City.

3. That after due consideration that the rights for ownership of sold portion of
the lot should be transfers spouses RENATO B.ORTIZ and MA. ELENA U.
ORTIZ.

I am executing this affidavit in order to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and for all
legal intents it may serve.
