City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say;

That we are the parents of NASHIBA M. ALIM, 29 years old, also a resident of
#67B Mariveles St. Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City;

That we are giving full consent to our daughter, NASHIBA M. ALIM to get
married to NORVICK R. DEMO in Saudi Arabia;

That, the affiants further sayeth naught.
