Overview
The Yokohama Geolandar H / T G033V summer tire is part of the company equipment for the
current generation of the Mitsubishi Outlander crossover. The model belongs to the HT
category and therefore is most effective on asphalt roads. In countries with a warm climate, the
Japanese manufacturer allows the use during the year, positioning it as an all-weather tire.

Universal tread

The ability to use this tire in the winter, although with many limitations, is provided largely due
to features in the design of the tread pattern. It is symmetrical and non-directional, contains
many separate blocks. Due to this, the contact spot constantly has a large number of coupling
edges, which increase the efficiency of the tread on wet surfaces.

Corner grip

Reliable grip during maneuvering and cornering is largely provided by some features in the
design of the shoulder zones of the tread. In particular, the profile in this part was optimized so
that the dimensions of the contact spot and its configuration do not change under the influence
of lateral acceleration forces. Also, the shoulder zones contain many spacious blocks located
transversely, and their design in the lateral projection has a trapezoidal form, thickening as you
approach the central part. This gives the tire additional stability in cornering, providing the
driver with transparent feedback.
