• Best Use of Google Cloud Platform API
• MLH Best Use of Google Cloud Platform
Speakly uses Google's Speech-To-Text, Natural Language, and Vision API to track the
speaker’s facial movements and emotions. Our program then utilizes this information to
grade and highlight specific areas the speaker needs to improve.
Empire Builder for Windows - Reduced the playing time of the continental US
multiplayer locomotive board game from 10-12 hours to 2-4 hours by building it in
Python.
• Algorithms – Used Dijkstra’s shortest path algorithm to find the shortest route in
a 10,000-node weighted graph and a non-weighted graph (across train tracks).
• Data Structures – Used lists, tuples, sets, and dictionaries to organize data.
• Graphics – Colorful map to differentiate players and potential routes.
• Optimization – Reduced Dijkstra calculation from minutes to seconds.
• Game State – Saved state using JSON. Data set will be used for AI bot training.
Raspberry Pi – Pi-hole and Project Alias.
EXPERIENCE: Math Tutor, 2016-2018 -Tutored students in Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus AB and
Electronics. Three regular students and referrals all raised their grade by at least one
grade level.
Eagle Scout, November 2016 Completed elective merit badges for Computers, Robotics,
and Programming. Rose to the highest rank in five years. Senior Patrol Leader of Troop
294, San Jose.
Mentor, FIRST Lego League Robotics, 2014-2016 - Mentored younger teams to build
and program NXT robots to complete complex challenges.
HONORS: Valedictorian; Golden State Seal Merit Diploma; National Merit Finalist
