 Defining the methodology, the manpower, the spare and other resources necessary to

 AC-400 was shut for a period as it was creating excessive vibration, identified that the vibration
was due to misaligned angle of fan blade and misaligned fan hub. This critical problem was
identified and solved as quickly as possible.
 Started knowledge sharing program with the team to train them in house. For instance,
shared theoretical knowledge about cylinder head and serviced 12 nos of cylinder head
in house with the team. Also shared my knowledge about “Proper tools handling” and
“Lubricating oil storage”.
 I was also associated with SD related activities like- preparing method statement,
Planning and raising requisition for SD spares.
 Regularly informed and discussed with MS, if I think any new technical idea for
improvement of the plant process and equipment.

 Initiate, implement, and manage the maintenance and overall operation program with an
emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. Facilitate
weekly planning meeting, monthly turn around meeting, Track material requirements,
IMPACT Process, Expedite and follow up with discuss stakeholder/core team. Maintain a
separate Inventory list for TA. Equipment Reliability incident initial report to IMPACT
