DOCEMENTS FOR CRF NOC

After depositing the Central Research Fund, you are requested to

furnish, immediately, the following documents to this office:

1. Original Copy or certified copy of Audited Financial

Statements alongwith Auditor’s Report (Financial Statements
must be properly signed by the Company/Firm’s Officers and
the Auditor).
2. Attested copy of Income Tax Return of the Company/Firm
[Not of owner(s)].
3. Original Challan of Central Research Fund deposited in Allied
Bank Limited Account No. 0010008463700024 (It must be
noted that CRF cannot be deposited on the Fee Deposit
Challan of DRAP. But ABL routine deposit general slip must
be used to deposit the CRF).
4. Information of Company/Firm as per sub-rule (15) of rule 19
of “The Drugs (Licensing, Registering and Advertising) Rules,
1976.”
5. Attested copy of DML License.
6. Copy of last issued NOC.
7. Reasons of Loss (if the Company/Firm is suffering from loss).
