2. Foundation history and development of the organization
T389 Company is a joint stock company founded by 4 members on January 20, 2015
with head office at 108 Tran Phu Street - Mo Lao - Ha Dong District - Hanoi. This
company has 2 factories at Ha Dong- Ha Noi and Van Giang- Hung Yen.
- At that time, T389 company specialized in the business of dried foods such as dried
beef, dried chicken, dried pigs, nuts, and dried fruits.
- From 2018 up to now, the company also organizes slaughtering, producing meat
products, wholesaling it to the system of state-owned stores, organizing raw meat
storage.
- Products of T389 now have a firm foothold in the market with high revenue and
market share.
- With the strategy of continuous expansion and development, T389 Company is
ready to cooperate with, associate with domestic and foreign units and individuals to
produce - Trade - Export meat, cattle and poultry, fruits and vegetables, food products
processed from meat and vegetables.
- The company has received quality certifications including:

5. Conclusion

According to the above data, we can clearly see that, in 2016, the company's revenue
was at the lowest level of 18.6 billion VND due to many types of initial costs and
many difficulties when just entered the market for a short time. But even in 2017,
when the company's personnel system is stable with the right business strategy of the
leaders, T389's revenue reached VND 24.8 billion with a net profit margin of 17.2%.
In 2018, the sales of dried food of the company reached a record, up to 30.6 billion
with net profit margin of 19.7% - a relatively high number so that year, T389 signed 2
bulk export contracts. dried chicken to Taiwan and Myanmar
However, in 2019, T389 encountered a great difficulty that the high price of pork
caused interest rates to decrease, net profit margin was only 18.5%.

V, Difficulties

Although the business results are quite good but as a new company, T389 has to face
many difficulties, both inside and outside the company. First of all, the competition is
extremely tough due to the low market barrier. From large companies, having decades
of experience in food production to individual business households, hand-processed
food themselves, are also T389's competitors. Small business households that produce
and process products that do not guarantee safety and hygiene as well as product
quality will sell them at very low prices, hitting Vietnamese consumers' psychology.
this caused the T389 to lose a sizable market share. Big companies have a huge
advantage when they import large quantities of ingredients at low prices and already
have a large number of old customers.
The second difficulty is that although Vietnam has a very abundant source of raw
materials, large export output, raw materials for domestic production are not stable in
quality and quantity, when raw materials are redundant, when The lack is still
frequently occurring. The reason comes from the lack of establishment of planning for
specific material areas, especially the need for a clear linkage with other provinces on
production planning, stabilization and balance of raw materials for the wage
processing industry. food, according to the needs and development orientation.
Moreover, in the last three years, our country has suffered a lot of outbreaks of avian
and avian influenza, making the price of pork and chicken always high, which is the
main reason for the company's profit. could not be as high as expected.

Besides, the consumption market share of domestic enterprises is increasingly
narrowed due to the fact that the retail market is now being gradually taken over by
foreign businesses. This allows foreign businesses to take the initiative in purchasing
and trading in chains, taking advantage of chain advantages to reduce costs and
increase competitiveness. Therefore, sales opportunities of T389 as well as other
domestic companies will be very difficult in the food processing segment.
The last difficulty, also the biggest weakness of the company, is that the goods
distribution system is ineffective. Currently, the company's main revenue comes from
large volume export contracts, T389 has not really captured the domestic market.
From here I would like to write my thesis with the topic: Solutions to expand
distribution channels of goods.

VI, About Internship


Although I'm an internship, however, I have to do all the job like a real employee. I
learned a lot while working here. Here is my scope of work:
- Marketing products at a number of food exhibitions
- Delivery to distributors, agents
- Finding new customers are small supermarkets, distributors, and retailers
