AWARENESS ACTUALIZATION

allows you to understand other take full advantage of their

Knowing Yourself

Awareness of self is an integral aspect in
an individual's life
Self-concept is an understanding you
have of yourself, and how you tend to
label yourself in different situation.

Value Formation
Values start to be formed during our childhod as we learn to
fulfill our basic needs and especially the people who provide
them to us
Those people become our reference of what is valuable, and we
hold in high regards their principle, standards, or qualities
Values are caught and taught from different sources:
family, peers, school, religion, culture, etc.
Value formation is the training of the "intellect" and "will"
Intellect - distinguishes a value and presents it to the will as a
right/wrong value
will - to act on right value and to avoid wrong value
