Operation Phase:

generated from proposed activity for
that industry has proposed to install STP
of capacity 20 CMD. The treated sewage
will be used for gardening purpose.
2. Effluent: From the proposed activity
there will be no process trade effluent
generation. Effluent of 53 CMD will
generate from CT & Boiler blow down,
reactor washing and DM plant rejects.

Check pH of RM in between & maintain it ~ 10.5 by adding 49% NaOH. After 6 hrs curing raised
the temprature to Reflux Condition (103 deg. C ) for one hr.Monitor reaction by Ca
sequestration. & % Assay, % Nabr content by Autotitrator.
Cool the RM at 25 degC and added DM water to get product conc. 5 – 6 % RM slowely Acidify by
conc . HCL at pH 2-3 Solid S,S EDDS product precipitated Cool to 25 degC and filter it.
Wash the product thrice with distilled water. Collect washing separately.
