SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, ROWEL L. RUDIO, resident of Caloocan, Talisay, Batangas; ROBERTH L. RUDIO, also a resident
of Caloocan, Talisay Batangas; and Rosanna Ymas Lausin, resident of Brgy. Bagong Silangan, Quezon City;
all of legal ages, single and Filipinos, three of the four children of DOMINGO H. RUDIO and legitimate
heirs of our deceased grandfather MAGDALINO RUDIO by Right of Representation pursuant to Art 970
and Art 971 of the Civil Code of the Philippines, DO HEREBY NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, our sister
ROSIBELL L. RUDIO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and presently residing at Balas, Talisay, Batangas, as our
true and lawful Attorney-in-fact to act for and in our name, place and stead, to perform the following
acts, to wit:

1. To represent in our behalf in all legal aspects pertinent to our property located at Brgy. Capsay,
Aroroy, Masbate under Tax Declaration No. 3277 containing an area of 11 Hectares in the name
of Magdalino Rudio;
2. To defend our possession and file any legal action against illegal intruders and to protect the rights
and interest of the undersigned;
3. To act as representative in all legal aspects in relation with the above mentioned property, also
included here is our interest to sell the whole property mentioned above to FILMINERA Resources
Corporation in the amount of FIFTEEN MILLION (Php 15,000,000.00) Philippine Currency;
4. To receive from FILMINERA Resources Corporation One Fourth (¼) share from the Total Amount
of the land we vend at their Main Office in Makati City as our (branch of the family’s) part of
inheritance.
5. To divide the total amount that she will receive from FILMINERA Resources Corporation into Four
(4) equal shares and keep One Fourth (¼) of the amount as part of her inheritance, and that the
remaining Three (3) shares should be received by US (together with Rowel L. Rudio, Roberth L.
Rudio and Rosanna Ymas Lausin) as our own part of inheritance.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full authority to do and perform all and
every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the power herein conferred, as fully to all intents and
purposes as might or could lawfully do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
all that our attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
