    - The buyer buys a pure breed Dachshund puppy from the seller
    - The Buyer pays the total cost and shipping to the seller (FIVE HUNDRED AND
    EIGHTY USD-$580). Buyer pays 50% upfron and balance after the puppy have been
    registered for shipping and tracking number have been issued.
    - After proof of payment, the seller sends transfer of ownership document for buyer to
    sign. This will hereby grant ownership of the puppy to the buyer.
    - The seller arrange for the shipping for the puppy to buyer.

    Breed of Dog: AKC Registered Pure Breed mini Dachshund
    Age: 12 Weeks
    State of Health: Very Healthy and vaccinated
    The parties accept and agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions governing the
