This has reference to your application dated 13ft October,2010 for Type Approval of
VIIIAAN NETWORKS LIMITED GSM EQUIPMENT (BSC 500i' R-BTS' V-BTS'
RU7, TDNT and OMC).

We are pleased to inform you that the Communications Commission of Kenya (hereafter
referred to as .the Commissiono) has granted Provisional Type Approval for the said
VIHAAN NETWORKS LIMITED GSM EQUIPMENT (BSC 500i, R-BTS' V-BTS'
RU7, TDNT and OMC) (hereafter referred to as 'VNL GSM equipment') for use in the
public GSM network subject to your acceptance of all the conditions as given here
below:

1. This provisional type approval shall be for a trial period of 6 (six) months, from
the date of the first installation.

This vNL GSM equipment shall be operated under the respective license
issued

of the
prescribed license fees.

operating parameters prescribed on the license with regard to frequency,
