    1. Reference to the request letter dated 18-04-2016, an advance of Rs.161000/-was drawn for the
    MEC Festival 2016.The Festival was held from 25th to 29th April 2016.
    2. The bills and other necessary documents required the adjustment of advance Rs. 161000/-
    have been attached for your kind reference.
    3. It is stated that due to certain reasons bill was not submitted on time. It is humbly requested
    that the entry for joystick, certificates and panaflex in the store may please be granted.
    4. It is therefore requested that approval or adjustment of advance Rs. 161000/- may please be
    granted.
