SeaTec Repairs hereby engages the Travelling Worker and the Travelling Worker hereby agrees to be engaged by SeaT
Repairs to carry out the following duties:

Duties: As PAINTER/CLEANER on board the vessel to carry out jobs as required by master / chief engineer and / or
superintendent in attendance

Agreed hourly remuneration: 07.10 USD


Date remuneration commences: 01.09.2020

Client of SeaTec Repairs:


Place of work/name of vessel/rank on board: A NEPITA / PAINTER/CLEANER

Working Hours: 7 days per week, Sunday and holidays included, 12 hours daily less 2 hours for meals

The Travelling Worker shall be paid USD 10.00 per day up to a limit of USD 300.00 per calendar month as cash advance only
(the "Advance"). The Travelling Worker must apply this Advance towards expenses incurred in performing his or her duties
contained herein including without limitation canteen, radio traffic, postage, taxi, hotel and immigration fees, and the issue of
whether any expense ought to be covered by the Advance is to be determined by SeaTec Repairs in its sole discretion. Any
request for a further cash advance in excess of USD 300.00 in a calendar month must be supported by relevant supporting
documents, the approval of such request being at the sole discretion of SeaTec Repairs who reserve the right to charge a USD
150.00 fee to be deducted from the Travelling Worker's remuneration.
1. Length of engagement will be for a minimum period of 1 month plus/minus 15 days a maximum period of 6 months
plus/minus 1 month. SeaTec Repairs shall have the option to transfer the Travelling Worker to any other vessel or place of
work if required.
2. Advances paid on board vessel must be under a separate statement as provided by SeaTec Repairs and signed by the
Travelling Worker and Master/Client's representative.
3. Master/Client's representative will advise SeaTec Repairs of date of departure of Travelling Worker and total cash advance
as confirmed by the Statement referred to in point 2 above.
4. Workers must ensure that they have the Monthly Time Sheet and Quality Questionnaire duly completed and signed/stamped
as appropriate prior leaving the place of work.
5. The Travelling Worker shall use the PPE given (the overall with SeaTec logo, as per this Letter of Engagement). If Travelling
Worker is found to be working in anything other than SR issued PPE, such working day will be deducted from their salary.
6. The Standard Terms and Conditions of Engagement of SeaTec Repairs (Form 79) are an integral part of this agreement and
the Travelling Worker acknowledges that they have received and read the same. /41,44 0_ 11/4.
