In order to keep my plan as up to date as possible, I utilized active planning. I understand active planning to be a process of

continuously updating my plan. Mostly throughout the week, I would place the quality criteria next to the project plan. With every

product I created, I made sure to document everything as best as possible and transfer that information to the plan.

A lot of the time allocated for each task was not always accurate. Although I identified possible risks, I still ran into

contingencies which affected the amount of time it took me to complete the necessary tasks. Thankfully, there were not too many

contingencies because if there were then I would probably had to have asked for extensions on the delivery dates of products.

Furthermore, I would refer to my list of risks and contingencies as frequently as possible. I found that when I did this, I was better

prepared in the event I could not complete tasks in the way I wanted to. Furthermore, whenever there were two products due on the

same day or there were products due one day after the other, I would use the extra time I had from completing products before the

expected end date.

In conclusion, to keep my plan updated, I would revisit it often, usually after every time I completed a product. I made sure to

document all things that my project plan required me to. Doing this constantly helped me to keep the plan as complete as possible. To

avoid any major setbacks, I made sure to think of the many negative outcomes I could run in to. Furthermore, I would revisit those

plans so that I could act quickly and efficiently. Lastly, I ensured that whenever I had extra time, I would dedicate that time to

completing the tasks of future products to be able to manage contingencies better.
