DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale, made and entered into by and between JOHN DOE II, of
legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Davao City, Philippines (hereinafter referred
to as the "VENDOR");

- and -

LEE JUNG SOO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Davao
City, Philippines (hereinafter referred to as the "VENDEE");

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the true and registered owner of a Samsung Note 9
Celullar phone, which is more particularly described as follows:

BRAND: SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9

STORAGE: 128GB
COLOR : COLLAR BLUE
YEAR PURCHASE: 2018
INCLUSION: CHARGER AND THE BOX

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the said cellular phone in installment
and the VENDEE is ready, willing and able to buy the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty Thousand

PESOS (P40,000.00), payable in five (5) monthly installments, in the amount of
EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P8.,000.00) per month, the VENDOR does hereby SELL,
TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, his heirs, successors and assigns, the
above-described motor vehicle.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their respective

signatures this 20 January 2020, in Davao City, Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the City of Davao, personally appeared
John Doe II with Community Tax Certificate No. 12345 issued on 20 January 1995 at
Davao City, and Lee Jung Soo with Community Tax Certificate No. 456967 issued on 21
January 1996 at Davao City, both personally known to me and who represented to me that
their respective signatures on the foregoing instrument were voluntarily affixed by them for
the purposes stated in the instrument and who declared that they have executed the
foregoing instrument as their free and voluntary act and deed.

This Instrument consists of only 2 page/s, including this page in which this
acknowledgment is written, duly signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on
each and every page hereof.
