WHEREAS: The current Panther Shuttle materials are 3 years old and do not show
the updated routes added to the Panther Shuttle route.

WHEREAS: NISG no longer has any brochures as they have all been distributed
among the UNI student population.

RECOGNIZING: That purchasing these materials will allow NISG to promote and
inform students of the services and resources that are available to them as they
attend the University of Northern Iowa

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED: That monies be allocated from the NISG

Contingency Fund as follows:

Panther Shuttle Materials

Posters: 150 = $136
Brochures: 500 = $205
Labor: 3 hours = $105

NISG Materials
Brochures: 500 = $300
Total = $746

BE IT FURTHER ENACTED: That monies not spent remain in the NISG Contingency
Fund at the end of the fiscal year.
