Management Salaries (cost of Management)

1. Introduce Job Diversification.

Since we cannot lower salaries in any way, it would be a lot better if we introduce Job
Diversification in our existing employees, this will help us to get maximum output with limited
staff take example if during OFF Peak ours, waiters are rarely occupied we can take this
advantage and ask them to do some other thing for example delivery, or take a list of items that
are low in inventory (things that do not require extra skills)

2. Outsourcing

Outsourcing certain tasks can drastically reduce costs & improve business efficiency We
can outsource tasks such as account management, Marketing, Payroll & business taxes, Laundry,
Cleaning & much more.

Culture & Religion

The first thing we can do is to train our employees to stay as neutral as possible to avoid any
conflict be it religious or cultural. We also can send some our employees for a remote training to
our restaurants in western country, this will help them to learn diversification, and this will
encourage them to be a team player in all aspects.
