( Asst.Mngr & Dy.Mngr) is very low compare to the TCL
LTD.so the employee in TCL at the junior & Senior position
( i.e Manager & Sr.Manager) would be well stasified
compared to the other organisation.

package in the initial stages but also taking care of the
medical & LTA allowances, which makes employee happy
& well Satisfied.

hardly any hike in salary in BARON

For BARON INTERNATIONAL to retain his


employee & have a happy atmosphere the
organisation should increase in HRA where the
employee salary a margin percentage can increase
at the same time they should also increase in the
Medical & LTA Allowances where the salary can be
matched to the competitor standards.

As BARON INTERNATIONAL is already a major


player in the market by getting turnover of 1200
cr. They can invest a liitle percentage of their
profit in the employee stasifaction programee
where the new player who is playing to target the
"TCL.LTD", if BARON do not pay proper attention
than there can be high level of attrition rate which
can cause the company loose its market share,
attrition rate can be high, incure of more cost on
hiring of new employee ( training , screeing, etc.. )
